The items offered through this website will only be available in Peninsular Spain (Baleares and the Canary Islands), Portugal, France, Andorra, Italy, Germany.
All items are new and presented in their original packaging or seal.
All items have their color marked in the description and you can view the color larger by zooming in on the item image. Due to the display of the color on the monitor and depending on the settings of the same there may be a small variation with respect to the reality.

Prices
Prices shown include VAT. Shipping costs are not included. All sales are made with your corresponding purchase invoice that you will receive along with the order.

WWW.CANNI.ES reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Items will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order registration, unless obvious typographical error.

PURCHASE PROCESS
The Customer browses our online store incorporating in his shopping cart those items that he/she wants to buy. Once you have selected the items, you will choose shipping type and payment method. Prior to the order, you must fill out a form with your personal data, or connect with your password in the event that you are already registered, to finalize your order. Once the process is complete, you will receive a message to your email address with all the order details.
Important: We recommend checking the copy of the order that will arrive in your email to verify that your billing, shipping, etc. data is correct. This will prevent delays or incidents in the delivery of the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PLACES
All orders are shipped insured through CorreosExpress or the express transport companies we work with. The delivery time will depend on the destination, being usually 24 hours to 4 working days, except incidents caused by malfunction of the transport or excess orders due to promotions, from the confirmation of the same. Delivering in a remote village is often difficult, and delivery may be delayed. Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The amount of the shipping costs is calculated automatically at the time of placing your order, depending on the destination and the method of payment. To find out what your order will really cost, select the items you want to purchase and press "Add to cart". Then select the destination and choose the shipping method and payment method. The total amount of your purchase, including total debit and shipping costs, will appear, fully detailed. At that point you can decide whether or not to continue with the purchase process. To continue with your order you must click "Place Order". Contact us if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT: ORDER PREPARATION IN THE WAREHOUSE UP TO 24 HOURS. The times for all shipping methods are estimated, in addition they start counting since the order has left our warehouse. In seasons of promotions or rebates there may be delays in the departure of orders from the warehouse. If your order has not left within 3 working days of placing or paying for your order, please contact us and we will inform you of the estimated time and delivery time.

By transfer, payments may be delayed to reach our account up to 72h. Working.

You should already know that many times transfers between different banks take 48 hours to becomeeffective, and that for this reason the delivery may be delayed. It is important that you take these deadlines into account as the delivery times we offer to You apply once the payment is confirmed.

You can also make your payment comfortably with your personal PayPal account. IMPORTANT: ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND SENT AND NOT ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER, IT SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXPENSES OF SHIPPING CAUSED, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WWW.CANNI.ES, WHICH HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE OR JUSTIFICAN PURCHASE BY POSTAL MAIL AND/OR EMAIL. ALL FALSE ORDERS, OR FRAUDE ATTEMPTS, WILL BE REPORTED TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES. ALL INFORMATION NECESSARY TO COLLABORATE WITH THE INVESTIGATION WILL BE PROVIDED.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
From the "Customer Area" section know at all times the status of your order. Connect to "Customer Area" - "Orders" and one of the following statuses will be displayed:
– Processing: Your order has been received correctly and your order is being processed. In the case of payments by bank transfer or card it means that your payment has been received correctly.
– Standby: Payment by bank transfer has been chosen and we are waiting for it to be made or effective.
– Pending payment: PayPal payment has been chosen and we are waiting for it to be made.
– Completed: Your order is being prepared. (It is no longer possible to cancel). The order is complete and packed, ready to be shipped
– Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.
WWW.CANNI.ES, you guarantee your Customers the ability to cancel your order at any time, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has begun to be prepared (status "Completed") or has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING
Although most deliveries are made within the indicated timeframe, shipment delays may occur from time to time. If you have received an email confirmation of your shipment and have not yet received it, it may be because the courier has not found your address, passed at a time when you were absent or have suffered some kind of incident. Please contact us or Correos Express (www.correosexpress.com ) to resolve it as soon as possible.

TRANSPORTATION INSURANCE
All our shipments are insured against theft, loss or deterioration. If you notice any damage or handling to the package upon receipt, indicate it on the delivery note of the shipping company. Please check your order at the reception of the same. Any incident must be reported within 24 hours.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
El Cliente debe examinar los artículos entregados en el plazo máximo de 24 horas desde la recepción del pedido para determinar cualquier posible variación en la cantidad o calidad de los mismos. Si los artículos entregados no coinciden con los solicitados en el pedido contacte con WWW.CANNI.ES mediante la sección de CONTACTOS de la web /correo electrónico/ WhatsApp para tramitar su incidencia lo antes posible.
Si los artículos entregados dañados o defectuosos o a causa del transporte de los mismos en mal estado contacte con WWW.CANNI.ES mediante la sección de CONTACTOS de la web /correo electrónico/ WhatsApp para tramitar su incidencia lo antes posible. Los artículos incorrectos, dañados o defectuosos deben estar acompañados con las fotografías o videos adjuntos. Cuando estemos en esta situación, una de las siguientes soluciones son disponibles:
1) WWW.CANNI.ES recogerá los artículos dañados y defectuosos en el domicilio del Cliente y cambiará los por otros con las mismas características, en un plazo de 3 días laborables;
2) WWW.CANNI.ES recogerá los artículos dañados y defectuosos en el domicilio del Cliente y un vale canjeable por los artículos dañados y defectuosos será enviado a correo electrónico del Cliente;
3) WWW.CANNI.ES recogerá el pedido completo con los artículos dañados y defectuosos en el domicilio del Cliente y efectuará el reembolso de lo pagado utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado por el Cliente.
Si el motivo de la devolución de un producto no se debe a que llegó dañado, era defectuoso o era incorrecto, es decir, si el Cliente desea devolver un producto sin que haya habido un error por parte de WWW.CANNI.ES el Cliente tiene que hacerse cargo de los costes de envío (devolución y reenvío). NO SE ADMITEN CAMBIOS el Cliente tiene que realizar una devolución del artículo a cambiar y un nuevo pedido con el artículo que quiere. Cuando estemos en esta situación, una de las siguientes soluciones son disponibles:
1) WWW.CANNI.ES enviará un vale canjeable por los artículos no preferidos a correo electrónico del Cliente (sin gastos de envío);
2) WWW.CANNI.ES efectuará el reembolso de pedido completo de lo pagado utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado por el Cliente (sin gastos de envío).
Pasados los 14 días, WWW.CANNI.ES no está obligada a aceptar la devolución y el cliente se hará cargo de retirar de WWW.CANNI.ES el producto o del costo de reenvío del mismo. El producto o los productos a devolver deben estar en perfectas condiciones, con sus precintos y perfectamente embalados. Si WWW.CANNI.ES recibe una devolución con desperfectos puede rechazar la misma. En caso de realizar la devolución del pedido total o parcialmente dañado, el cliente deberá hacerse cargo de la indemnización de estos desperfectos.
Es importante tener en cuenta que no se aceptará la devolución de productos que creamos hayan podido ser utilizados.
